Mr. Strzelecki has a wide range of experience counseling and representing individuals and businesses in their commercial pursuits. He has been involved in business formation, planning and counseling and understands the needs of small to midsize businesses.
Mr. Strzelecki has served as in-house counsel to a conglomerate of companies in matters involving breach of construction contracts, consumer fraud and deceptive practices claims, commercial leases, mortgage foreclosure actions, mechanic liens, as well as bankruptcies, asset protection and collection of unpaid judgments. He started out his career in law firms representing insured parties and entities in auto, home, construction, and general liability claims for companies such as Allstate, State Farm, Zurich, AIG, Liberty Mutual and Banker's Life Insurance. Mr. Strzelecki also has been involved in counseling Home Health Care Companies on compliance and regulatory matters including issues related to the Stark Act. He has successfully resolved matters through motions, arbitrations, mediations and trials.
